Whether you are building a new site, expanding an existing one or increasing your electrical capacity, getting a new energy connection means dealing with the network operators who own and run the local infrastructure. The process has its own applications, quotes, timelines and technical requirements.
Energy Observe manages that process end to end. We scope what you need, submit the applications, obtain and compare connection quotes, and coordinate with the distribution network operator (DNO) for electricity or the gas transporter through to energisation.
We also arrange the supply contract for the new connection itself, so the meter goes live on a competitive tariff rather than on expensive default rates. New sites and new meters are exactly where businesses can get caught out, and where we add the most value.
